This serene silhouette of the Delaware Breakwater East End Lighthouse was captured on a still evening along the Delaware Bay. The lighthouse stands watch as twilight pours over the coast in soft ribbons of lavender, coral, and plum.

Taken from the water’s edge in Cape Henlopen State Park, this moment was one of total calm—just me, the lens, and the quiet breath of the bay. I used a long exposure to blur the gentle waves and let the vibrant sky wrap around the historic maritime structure like a painting come to life.
